At one time Ricoh-USA used to have a consolidated parts cross reference where they listed every part they sold and the model(s) that used them. Anyone know if that is still available. Or if it is a type of part used during a PM, check the current PM-KIT list.

So we tried the fuser D850-4012 in an MP C306 but get the message ‘set fuser unit correctly’

So still not the wiser what model this fuser is for!

Everything I see shows it's for the C306, however is it possible it's for a different region?
