RICOH IM 350 mono mfd - document feeder - Constant JOO1 jam locking machine

We have been out to this machine. no paper stuck. Sensor test all passed in service mode.
Motor test in df dont activate? I have then put package / sdk / module firmware on no change. Then removed the rear white DF ribbon cable so the DF is not connected to the machine at all electronically. power off and on. still J001
It is as if the device is locked with JOO1

    Any help would be appreciated

    Hello,

It remind me one error on a IMC 300 (it seems to me it's The same ADF). It was the actuator on the top cover whitch was stuck (the one who is just next to the two paper roller). the device was locked too.

Hi. Yes i have removed the top cover lid where you can get to that sensor. I have tested that in service mode it does 1 and 0 so its toggling and works. On the 1st call i cleared the fault by testing the feed motor in the df. It then come back to life for a month. Its weird by me disconnecting the ribbon cable from the back you still get j001 and not an sc code instead as the df is not even plugged in at that point. I think the next step would be to try another complete df. It might be a fault with that motor not working putting the machine in a locked j001 state?... Will update
