Ricoh SP 4430L - Only receive Faxes, No sending

Does anyone have the service manual for the Ricoh 4430L? I need to modify some bit values(I think) to get this to work w my voip(which is otherwise working fine).
I think I need to lower the baud rate to 9600 and turn off the ECM...can anyone confirm or deny?

Are you sure about the model? Could it actually be a FAX 4430L? If it is FAX or the product code is H556-III, private message me with an email address.
