Ricoh MPC2503 Admin Password reset

I'm a retired Ricoh tech, and I try to give back to my community by buying (from a national off lease dealer) 4-Ricoh MPC2503's and donating machines to local non profits.
My issue is some of the machines I recently placed have the Admin and Supervisor passwords changed from default. I've looked through the service manual looked in the sp list and am at a loss of were to go.
