Mp5055 Erase all Memory is hidden

Greetings for all,
i have returned a MP 5055 from the customer,however i need to Erase all Memory but the ease button is hidden i can't press it,
is there a Sp mode to solve that ?

Why you have to erase the memory?... If you mean the personal information you can format the HDD. It's not a good idea to make a "memory clear"

If by hidden you mean greyed out, you need to be logged in to User Tools as the correct administrator.

Formatting the HDD through SP mode does not erase the data. It only erases the folder and directory structure. To erase everything. the drive needs to be connected to a computer and a low level format done or use a drive utility that can do a wipe disk function.

goto user tools extended features and look if you have you may need to be logged in as admin to uninstall them

If the optional software is installed as an APP at the SOP, you can uninstall it in SOP Service Mode.

thank you sir,this what i'm having,i have logged as administrator and tried supervisor as well,still greyed out

i have changed the whole HDD same issue,still grayed out

i have deleted them all,also i entered the recovery mode and wiped all to the factory reset and still greyed out the Erase on the administrator tools
