Ricoh Pro C5100S Toner Cartridge Empty

Had motor pump error and replaced, now getting toner cartridge empty but SP3102 shows to be at 100%. Tried to force supply toner but execution failed on all the colors not just the black that was replaced. Am I missing an SP or bit switch that has to be reset?

Double check you're not left a connector off / loose.

Thanks for the replies. Did 2 different things, not sure which one did it but it's working kind of.
Manually cleared all sc codes, grabbed older toner bottle and added toner to it. I believe the chips on the other 2 toner cartridges we were using went bad from all the attempts of correcting the problems. It's up and running but now it keeps giving toner load failure which was part of the original issue. Shake the bottle and put it back in and it will run for a little while before the error pops up again. Toner pump motor is working but wondering if there's a voltage issue.

i forgot to mention earlier. i did get some defective toners from ricoh a few months ago. i had tried like 3 brand new toners, from ricoh. so you might reach out to them. it was a known issue. though it wasn't for the model you mentioned. for whatever reason it was a factory defect.

Figured this one out finally. One of the cartridge retainer tabs had slight break in it (damn thousandths of an inch). Couldn't see it until pulled the unit completely apart for thorough cleaning. I do believe its what killed the first toner motor, the toner was leaking enough to cake up in the gears and jam them. Some times the vacuum just doesn't remove enough toner to see the little things and I should have done a better inspection the first time.
