I Would pull the hose from the rear and blow it out and check toner bottle is NOT full
of "rocky toner"..
I had some toners come to me that when shook sounded like a rattle..
If you find a lot of chucks of toner i would check the bottle or thw filters for all fans..
Some guys never clean the filters.
When you first 'replaced' toner pump, was it a new or a used pump ? You didn't say. Second hand pumps some work and some don't.
This is the first time that I have had to replace a toner pump on this machine. I didn't even look for a used pump as there is never any idea how long it may have been in service. I don't want to have to open the machine for repairs anymore than I have to so I only use new parts and OEM toner. That doesn't mean I won't rebuild a defective unit but where it is not rebuildable I just go new.
