    Change the driver to PCL 5 and your issue will be solved. XL drivers use a slightly different command structure which interprets perfectly good commands into something goofy.

    That solution isn't very appealing since it is a customer with a lot of computers - unless I suggest to replace only the affected ones. I'll try that.

    Ive had this issue with many customer found that this was a driver setup issue. Customers IT did not setup the accessories tab correctly on the servers print cue.

    All i had done was print out a printer config page and made sure the accessories that were attached on the MFD were the same as what was setup on the printer cue under accessories and the XL error print job did not print out.
