W t F is this?????? If one of my coleagues would do this, i would ask him if heīs completly retarded. The problem is not the sensors, but the back of the plate (with 3 holes) in front of the itb-assy. There is allways so much toner on it, that only cleaning the sensors is sensless. You have to remove the plate & clean it, then itīs running minimum 6 month without sc-code.

I've tried like the video and it worked. If the SC400 comes back I'll try your tip.
I find it easier, less risky and more efective to take out the transfer belt and clean both the sensors and the plate.

In dusty environments more quickly, but also in not dusty circumstances sc400 is popping up.
It could be caused by making a lot of copies in one time...
