[Error Code] Ricoh SP 3410 SF error sc530

Hello,
Got this error code for this particular machine and finally cleared it by opening the rear door. Not sure what the code is for this particular machine but I cleared it. I read other models with this code will cause Bypass feed motor lock/fusing fan motor error, is this correct with this model?

Yes it is.
Here's how it reads in the manual:

SC 530 Fusing Fan Motor Error

The FAN lock signal – High for 10 seconds, after the fan motor started to rotate

* Disconnected or defective motor harness.
1. Turn the machine's main power off, and then on.

Thanks for the reply. Is there a tech pub on this? does the harness need to be replaced if this happens again? or maybe even the motor itself! Thanks

No idea, and don't have access to that info. I've never actually laid my hands on one of those units either, just looked it up for you.
