I can see the sensor change state on input check. I think that I may have a different problem.
Still looking at iob board.
1. Did you clean the paper path and all rollers (very) well?
2. especially the rollers at the junction gate (above the F.Unit) get dirty quick, they must be really clean.
3. have you test the duplex function with a new - good brand and dry - paper?
4. I have never replaced 1 sensor on this model, so it would very surprise me that this is the issue. Of course, sensors needs to be cleaned too.
5. We install a tray heater, and no matter what some technicians says, it really helps!
6. Good luck
the rollers aren't turning. so the paper isn't hitting the sensor.
can't activate the rollers in output check.
can see sensor on input check.
I have replaced inverter sensor with no luck.
I notice that, without the covers, it's working better than with all covers attached.
I think replacing the whole exit/inverter unit will fix the problem.
It is fixed by swapping the entire duplex unit (right door unit, if you like).
So, something on the duplex unit is causing jams at code 24...
Have to figure out what exactly
