Changed subhopper unit Cyan, changed Toner pump, put a paper between sup hopper and
devbox hole and confirmed a pyramid of toner between sub-hopper and devbox.
Changed cyan RF ID board. what else??

Problem solved by another technican, boot up machine with door open.
I think we ran toner pump cyan with door open, reboot machine.
Machine gave us a new sc code that pointed on overfilled yellow devbox,
shut down auto process control. Changed yellow devbox problem solved,
start auto process control. Calibrate, and go!
We noticed that on m drum the stop knob wasnīt set correctly.
This could have caused this problem from start, not so logical but solved!

When you say you replaced the developer box, did you replace just the unit or the developer its self or both?
