I am having a recurring sc 445 on this Pro550. I cleaned the sensors on the original ITB, checked cleaning unit( no issues with blade or excess friction), and have swapped the ITB unit with another ITB. The ITB swap worked for the longest with about a week of run time. According to the service manual the ITB motor has an encoder that checks its movement. Can this be cleaned or will the motor have to be replaced? The encoder strip on both belts were fine, no damage. The waste toner auger moved freely also. Any ideas would be welcome. Thanks.
