Ok and how can i supposed to do that? It doesnt matter the if the counter back to zero... We count it from the start..

Have you tried 5801-15, 5846-50 and 5832-01 in copier sp mode?

press 143 then press stop. release, press and hold stop. sp 5846-50 (intial address book). log in as supervisor and change administrator.
