    Any RightFax folks out there?

Ok, this is a bit weird.

The customer just added an MPC3003 to their RightFax 10.6 server, but for some reason the MFP can't authenticate only when RightFax is set to use NT authentication.

The guest account works fine, as well as any RightFax accounts explicitly created.

Their HP MFPs work just fine on the same server. So far the C3003 is the only Ricoh machine, but many more to come.

    Goofy.

Did you ever find workaround for this ? I cannot seem to get this to work either.

Does anyone know with RightFax 10.6 or the new V16 are the MFP connectors for Xerox, Konica Minolta and HP included at No Charge in the RightFax installer package?

The answer to my own question is the connectors are extra cost and not included at No Charge with RightFax Business Server or Enterprise Server. The connectors described in the brochure fro 3rd party MFP products do have RightFax's guarantee of compatibility.
