Sorry I don't understand why you have felt the need to upload the NVRAM from another Metis to try and fix this problem.

You certainly didn't get that suggestion from anyone that's posted here.

You may of made this problem even worse for yourself.

The SC 995-3 tells me that either you loaded the NVRAM information a different model of METIS, either 3003, 3503, 5503 or 6003. The other possibility is that you entered the serial number incorrectly and the controller thinks the machine is not an MP C4503.

I hope that you made and saved a backup of the original NVRAM before trying to load the NVRAM from another machine. That way you can revert back to the original NVRAM. You the need to follow the instructions given previously in this thread. Otherwise, you are going to have to replace at least the NVRAM and possibly the controller board. If you do not have the birth certificate or a printout of the Non-Default settings, you might also have to replace the ID sensor assembly in order to have proper setup data for them.

what have you done to try and correct the problem?

    what parts have been replaced?

    did you clean any sensors?

firmware is NOT a fix all.

If the fusing sleeve is bad, replace it. Then put a reset fuse in the available connector in fusing unit, and go into Service mode and Execute SP 5-810-002 "Hard High Temp. Reset".
You can also just use a "New fusing Unit" that comes with a reset fuse already installed, and execute the above SP.
Could be Fusing central NC thermistor (thermopile), BCU, or AC Power Supply also, if the above doesn't work.

The machine was working just fine except for black images of previous prints appearing on the current paper because of stuck toner on sleeve. Removed the fuser to clean sleeve then returned the fuser and immediately the error appeared
