Thermopile heat detection error.
Take the fuser out and they are two sensors on a bracket above the fuser connector.
Check they are clean and aligned with the fuser.
Could be a problem with the new fuser if it's not heating up at all after the SC has been cleared. (check the sleeve lamps, thermostats with a multi-meter).
thank you sir for your respond
i checked and cleaned thermopile >>>>can you please tell me the best and easy way to measure the thermostat

You can not reset this spanner code without installing the new fuse that comes with the new belt assembly.
Rebuild your fuser and replace the fuse at the same time, install it and the spanner code will still appear. Reset the fusing code now using SP5-810-002 and it will say completed, reboot device and it will come back to life
thank you Imprestik
i did all this producer and all steps hat you said
i replaced the new fusing with new belt assemble and so 5810-002 but the device don't response and don't give complete but still waiting

Actually Ricoh recommend to replace the whole fuser for any SC 544 but you can just replace the damaged parts and reset with a fuse and SP 5810-02
SC544-02AFusing central NC sensor high temperature detection (hardware)In the event of an errorTriac defective (short-circuit)Engine controller defectiveHeating central thermopile defectiveFusing control software: out of control.
Attach the new fusing unit, then run SP-5-810-002 If the triac is defective, replace the AC power supply board If necessary, replace the BCU or the Fusing central NC sensor

Probably not stated correctly in my reply, but actually if you have tried all that you state and still have SC544/554 code there is a FIRMWARE update (D1495503) that address's this!
There should have been a fuse assembly taped to the inside of the box that a new fusing sleeve unit came in. That fuse has to be connected to the connector on the fusing in order for SP 5810 to work.
Had the same issue, fitted the fuse, updated firmware then I could reset the code in 5810-2
