[Jamming] MP 5210SF Jams

I have a MP 5210 SF that seems to tear paper in the center when going through registration, I have taken the registration section apart and didn't see anything wrong. Has anyone else had this type of problem with this model? Thanks in advance.

Try to replace paper feed rolers

I replaced all feed rollers and pads it seems to be happening in registration. Thanks.

There is an updated registration guide plate for the problem. Lanier part# M0522940. The lead edge of paper catches after the registration sensor on the guide.
