Ricoh MP C2500 paper jams

Dear sir,

Would have the spare parts of the Ricoh MP C2500, I have to change the rollers on it too.
Is there a way to turn off the J001 signal or alarm has been set to 0 in JAM Alarm.

I live in Switzerland, so looking for a cheap UK / US supplier.
