any "real" difference between a c430dn and a c440dn?

i never really sold ricoh printers in the past,was mostly HP.
I have bought low meter c430dns in the past to supply me with extra parts
when i picked up a bunch of c300/c401s.

Is there much improvement either print quality or other that would make me try to find more c440dn?

C430 and C440 are almost the same. They have just added an eco night sensor feature, allow remote firmware update and some kind of an optional network interface
