You just need the latest firmware, you will need to call a qualified tech to do the upgrade, it is not an end user function.

you CANNOT login to the service portal!

( unless some dumbass gives you his certified LOGIN ** he can lose his job/company can lose dealership**)

now you MIGHT be able to pay for firmware n files from some gracious soul here...
