Disabled Normal Print and Enforce Locked Print

Hi techies,i work for a company who recently purchased Ricoh Aficio MP C300 and i have been trying to restrict users to using Locked Print but some users are so ignorant and kèep using Normal print also need to restrict 2 sided printing to strictly print on Black and White. I have installed printer driver PCL 6 Driver running on Windows 7 64 Bit. Kindly assist me on the way forward.

I usually create custom presets in driver and give them self explanatory names like "Black 1-sided Locked" and show end user where to find them if it stops printing the way they want it to.

Disabling WSD on device also stops windows from installing the stupid Ricoh class driver and losing all the settings
