Hi, im new here, my problem Ricoh printer show many error code such as SC860, SC870, SC872, SC925 this problem occur after i set printing and scanning . and the major problem is number 7 button on printing device isnt work.. so i can't enter SP code 107, my printer connect using switcher Dlink

Are you using the correct driver and is the cable good?

Clear print queue and install correct driver if you're not using the correct driver.

If you can't get into service mode to format HDD you can always use a PC but that would mean a full format and users would need to be programmed again.

Replace op panel, or repair it, replace HDD.

Seriously a 2851 with dud panel and HDD, scrap it and use it for parts.
