Ricoh mpc5503 mystery lines

hi there,

I need some advise from expert here. recently i faced with mystery black lines ONLY WHEN PRINT/COPY IN FULL COLOR and will be ok when print/copy in black/white. The problem will come after 15 or 20 copies or A4.

what has been done;

1. new black drum and drum blade
2. new pcr and blade

The usual questions, PM counters on all parts? what is this PCR blade you mention? how is the lube bar? if it does not happen on B/W printing the problem is not in K PCDU.

I'm thinking ITB cleaning unit, is it due for replacement?

Print a blank sheet with each color programmed as a background to determine which pcu is causing the issue.
