go into [Services] and look for this 2 services... stop and change the startup type to [Automatic], apply and start. After done for both services, reboot the PC, and you'll be able to saw the PC in network.
Also, the SMB1.0 for Windows 10 off by default, so might need to switch it on inside [turn windows features on/off]
    Hope it helps
bad advise telling someone to turn on SMB1 again. Malware has been written to invade a system that has SMB1 ON.
if you do this at a customer site..they get infected, YOU could be held libel for and damage done.

of course the SMB 1 can be turned off if your MFP do support SMB2. Below are the MFP list that support smb2 and above

That's a very out of date list since it doesn't cover any of the models that had firmware released in 2018 such as the MP xxx2 series machines, and even the much older MP 171.

You can still use the browse network service without turning SMB1 on. See this link that I've posted several times that gives you the reasons NOT to use SMB1, and how to turn the network discovery services back on: Stop using SMB1 - Microsoft Tech Community - 425858
