IM350 Servce Program Mode

I have a client that have the following new units being installed. My company will be providing the service for them but we have not received any steps how to enter service program mode on them. Would anyone have the key sequences to enter SP mode on the following units:

IM350 (IM350f)

P501tl

P800

SP330

SP3710 (I am assuming this one is the same as the SP5210 SP mode which I already know)

Not sure if they vary from the "Up + Down arrow for 5 seconds" as we have not had a chance to test them yet. Just being proactive. Thanks in advance

Contact the selling dealer or branch. They should provide you with what ever they were set to when first powered on.

are they providing Service help.. manuals..tech pubs..firmware?
