    Ricoh SP C360 service mode

How do you enter the service mode on the printer version of the C360? Not the MFP version with LCD screen. Looking in service manual it shows how to enter the MFP SP mode but not the printer version without touch screen.

Tried to google and was all over the place.

    Any help appreciated.

    Thanks in advance

If the machine does have a control panel just no 10 key number panel, you could try the methods used for older printer only models. The following is from the service manual for the SP C811DN:
    Method 1:
    1. Turn the machine on while pressing the “Online” key and “Escape” key together for five
    seconds or more.
    2. "[SP mode (Service)]” shows on the display.

    Method 2:
    1. Press the “Up/Down arrow” keys together for about 5 seconds or more, and then press
    the “OK” key.
    2. "[SP mode (Service)]” shows on the display.

Just remember, Ricoh may have changed the key combination needed.

It’s been a while, but I think you need Smart Organising Monitor(SOM)to access SP mode. Download it from Ricoh driver site.

I worked on one of these about a year ago, and this procedure worked on that particular unit.
