Hello
Does anyone know which roller I need to clean to fix this? I have wiped down all the rollers with rubbing alcohol using a microfiber towel but it keeps printing grainy.

That looks like fuser unit to me or possibly cleaning blade. Toner build up should be visible on the fusing sleeve/hot roller (dont recall which those use)

Could be a dirty cleaning blade or charge roller. If you have already cleaned the charge roller with rubbing alcohol, you will need to replace it as any type of alcohol dry out and damage rubber and synthetic rollers. Charge rollers should only be cleaned with a cotton cloth dampened only with water.
can you please tell me which one is the charge roller? is it the one i'm holding by any chance?

I've actually had quite a bit of success in cleaning and maintaining my 2 Ricoh printers. (Aficio MP 2352 and SP 5300 DN). I have a printer maintenance guy who comes a few times a year to fix major issues such as replacing the fuser, and I always ask him lots of questions and watch him carefully as he takes apart these machines and I've learned a lot simply thru observation. Simple things like cleaning rollers to make sure pages are printing perfectly isn't a very complex process. I also have a network guy who helps me set up my "scan to FTP" on the Ricoh Aficio. I have tried setting it up myself in the past but have been unsuccessful. This forum is great and thank you for your replies!
