    ricoh pro 8002

    I could use a little help with a code i am getting on this machine, sc 513-01, have very little experience with ricoh and just need a nudge in the general direction, have the manual but not clear if its in the feed unit, any help appreciated

    If you are not trained on Ricoh production machines, you should not be working on them. The Service Call description tells you exactly what unit is malfunctioning and Replacements and Adjustments show you where that unit is located. Oh BTW, I am retired and have never worked on a Pro 8200 but I do know how to use a service manual.

    Sorry it was the pro8200ex, but it is rebadged as a Kyocera 13600, I replaced the DRB and the motor and all is good
