Are you sure the wrinkling is being caused by the fusing unit? More often than not it is something in the PTR section causing the paper to not enter the fusing unit correctly. The transfer case used with this model has a history of problems caused by plastic parts breaking. If the case has not been properly updated IAW BULLETIN NUMBER: D111/D142 – 021, you need to do so. If you put the newer style PTR in the old style case, you have introduced a misalignment. Yoou may also need to update the discharge plate in the paper transfer unit IAW BULLETIN NUMBER: D111/D142 – 022. Bulletins attached.

Did the wrinkle only happen after you worked on the fuser unit?
Hi sir, thank you for your reply.
Yes the wrinkle happened after i worked on the fuser.
Actually why i did this fusing unit because the fusing flim torn so i change the flim together i change pressure roller also.
So now i don't know how to solve this wrinkle problem.
I try to upload the pics of wrinkle problem here but i couldn't.

[QUOTE=copier tech;1975054]Hi sir, i used compatible fusing sleeve and pressure roller also not original.
Sir one more thing I want to know can you please help me, is there any procedure or correct way or easy way to adjust the fusing pressure by manually because there got 2 springs for pressure adjustment can i try the adjustment for this wrinkle problem.
[QUOTE=kanagavel;1975178]Unless one or both of the springs are old and loosing their compression force there is nothing about the springs to cause wrinkling. If you really think it is the springs, then order two new springs from Ricoh. Do not use after market parts as the quality and consistency is not guaranteed. The same is true of the sleeve unit and the pressure roller. A warped sleeve frame will cause wrinkling. A non original pressure that is even the slightest different from one end to the other will cause wrinkling.
measure the distance of the screw to nut on the good unit.
Than adjust the one thats having the problem as close as you can.
