    I already changed DV. If I move the Yellow or Magenta PDCUs to the Cyan Location those PDCUs printing results are very good. However the Cyan which initially was printing good start failing in the Yellow or Magenta location. I attached a picture of the Test Page, if I do a full print of yellow and magenta I get a a very light color.

    I was able to resolve issue... It was the laser power supply cable that was disconnected. Apparently that happened during transportation.

    That was a good find, you suspected the laser when you first had this issue. However it can't have been the 'laser power supply cable' I would have expected at error code.
