Bet it was not new. Are you trained on this Production machine. Pay a trained technician to get it working for you.
It is without any doubt a new machine, I removed all the manufacturer tapes, and followed all the service manual instructions to assemble it. But obviously I’m just a person looking for help on this. I don’t have any issue with paying to resolve the issue. Maybe if you are located in PR… you will be the last option. But I tried to find someone but in PR we don’t have a lot of trained people.
Where is PR? Providence, Rhode Island?
The Pro C5200 was introduced at least 5 years ago and was discontinued and replaced by the Pro C5300 in the first half of 2020. You either got a re-boxed machine or one that has spent years setting in someones warehouse or garage. If it has been setting in storage by now you will need to most likely ALL the developers especially if it has spent any time setting at an ambient temperature of less than 65 degrees F. You may even need to replace the development units if the old developers are clumped to the point where you cannot fully remove them from the units. DEMS will not run properly with crap developer..
Let us eat, drink, and be merry, because tomorrow we may die!

I was able to identify that the issue is only with the Yellow and the Magenta. I was thinking that it may be an issue with the laser unit. I swapped the drum unit Y with the C and it perfectly printed the page. Is there any troubleshooting guide for the laser unit? or any suggestion?
Run a few hundred 11x17 with a lot of print on them. Then run toner refresh or forced toner add. Then try DEMS again.
