ricoh mp c5503 - scanner problem

scanner problem -copy , network printer , ok .formatted hdd, same problem.the scanner does not see it -Thank you.

I would probably try the following steps in order, advancing to the next one if the previous step doesn't resolve:

1.) Update all your firmware.

2.) Perform a memory clear on the scanner application (SP 5801-009) and reboot.

3.) Replace the controller board.

Check 5895 -02 scanner application is set to 0
1 is off
0 is on
