samsung scx 4300 door open

hello to all,
i have samsung scx 4300 end it show message error the door is open, but is closed!!! any idea ?

I have never work on this model but It can be broken plastic bit on the door which activate the open/close door sensor. Just press it and check if it solve the problem.

plenty of psu circuit boards on certain samsung fax models,could be same issue,there is a sensor soldered onto board which i think was the problem
