    Samsung Proxpress M4580FX/Password reset

    Hi,

My company currently bought a used Samsung Proxpress M4580FX, upon arrival, i have tried to add a static IP to the machine with no success and that's due to the fact that i don't have the admin password. I've tried default password samsung.1 / Samsung.1, still no access. Is there a way to reset the password or put the machine back to factory reset?

    thanks in advance

Go to the tech menu, and then select service functions. Its the first option.
