    SCX-8040

We are solely Sharp Dealer but had a Samsung SCX-8040 donated. So we past along the gift to a local small church with the agreement they can have for free but we would be unable to put it under maintenance contract. Long story short we installed a Sharp for them last week and he had me look at the Sami we donated years ago. Its combined meter is just over 10K colors are ok but the Black looks like what you would get when a Sharp starts to pull DV. (Tiger Stripes). My question: Is there a simulation to run to correct this or will replacing part number MLT-R607K be the solution. If do need to replace Imaging unit. What adjustments should be run? I appreciate any and all feedback.

personally (seems to be the same opinion here) SAMSUX are shit products... the boss got the dealership DESPITE mine and the GM suggestions.

    the products are shit
    the tech support is shit
the website and operations are shit
    the parts/returns policy are shit.

guess that's why the HP lines using the SAMSUX engines are shit

    get the idea?

Thank you for your input. Any simulations that should be ran after replacing the unit? Or will it detect new unit and do everything on its own? Thanks again..
