HDD Error on Samsung C4060FX

Hi All.
I have an C4060fx with a HDD error. I have replaced HDD with Seagate 500gb. The HDD error is gone but I het a partition error on the HDD.
I do not have the image file for the C4060fx. this is the only 1 i have in the field. the rest of our machines are Konica Minolta.
With samsung support moving to HP.I am having trouble finding proper support.
Service manual not very specific with HDD replacement procedure.
on the hp ftp site I have down loaded the file for HDD recovery
C40xx_series_V11.01.00.06.00_FS_V19.00.00.00.63_HD D
when unzipping the file I get an error insert second disk.

Any body with the proper procured for replacing HDD.

Hello, I've been searching for quite some time for the recovery firmware for Samsung ProExpress C4060FX (SL-C4060FX / SEE). The hard drive is defective. Could you please assist me with this? That would be fantastic. Thank you in advance and best regards, Frank.
