HP e77630 glitch when copying

I have a E77630 glitching on copies.

If you copy it picks a random page to glitch on, and it will reprint that one page until its runs out of paper.
Replaced both boards including the formatter.

on latest FW

Still does it, not sure if PaperCut is the issue.

Any advise appreciated

replaced the rear HDD as HP suggested. still doing same thing.
