Paper Jam on ADF samsung SCX 5835

i have clean all parts on my ADF, but still jam paper at end of adf.

any help. thanks.

RED ARROW fail the paper guid and jam papper on ADF.

have you run in service mode the ADF tests?

looks like the ADF is not set properly what is the jam code?

ok finally i acces to service mode (123 button + 1934 code)
error code it´s 08-000. attached images.

solved first problem change right plastic hinge,
now i have a second one problem.
could be solenoid?...

yes.. i solved time ago.. thanks.. it was just solenoid stick. i used CRC spray and it´s working for more than
tree months..
