Samsung 4833 and 5637 paper jam

Hello, I have samsung scx 4833 and 5637 multifunction devices that jam the paper in the drawer right at the start, the problem seems to be less evident by putting a thickness under the drawer. Has anyone had this problem and how did it solve it?

replace the rubber roller kit, the separator pad, check the electromagnets if they have the sticky damper.
