X4300 showing image overwrite in progress after switching on

Please find the attached image , machine showing image overwrite in progress and it does not change. Changed the HDD and uploaded hdd file but still no change. Any solution please.

so recovery firmware loaded ok? did u get a chance to load regular firmware or is this what your stuck with?

Ive had to replace about 20 samsung HDDs and ive never seen this message.

was it a 320GB drive?

Thanks for reply. i could not do upload regular firmware because of that problem. Both hdd are 320gig.

are the recovery files good? have you used them in past.

Ditto on the above. Send the link to thaum1@gmail.com. I tried downloading it off the HP site but I keep getting an error on it and it tells me the file is corrupted.
