K-3300nr touch not responding

the samsung Multiexpress K-3300nr not copying, when i download firmware and replacing the Video Board, the machine copying but touch screen not responding
any resolve for this Issue (died touch)
Is this error for OPE board

LCD touch screen problem • Symptom: When processing Ready or Process, the LCD touch screen does not work. • Cause: - Touch screen panel calibration problem - Touch screen panel connection problem - PBA user interface • Troubleshooting1) Perform the touch screen calibration.a) Turn off the machine.b) By pressing the number 0 on the numeric keys, turn on the machine. Wait until the calibration screen appears c) Press the center of the + sign in the order 1 ~ 5. Use your finger. Execute 2 times. D) If there is no problem, the LCD will show "Complete" and restart the machine. If you make a mistake, start over from step 1.2) Check the connection of the flat cable of the touch screen panel on the UI PBA. 3) If the connection is correct, replace the UI PBA with a new one.
