I plugged in Samsung SCX-3405fw with usb cable and it shows on windows "the last usb device you connected to this computer malfunctioned". Is that windows error or it is something with motherboard?

Have you tried with another cable or with wifi? Have you tried installing the software first or on another PC.Originally Posted by Printer77
