    M3320ND

    Hi to all,
    I need to reset the Tray one pickup roller. I already change the roller but machine still having a red light flashing & on Easy Printer Manager it is still indicating to replace the roller.
    Can someone help please.

    But reviewing the model I don't think it has a keyboard, there must be an error on the site

    Yes there is no keyboard. I think we need a software to reset it but dont know which software.
    Do you know how to do a factory reset on this printer.
