MultiXpress C9201 - Blocked, but does not indicate errors.

Hello fellow printing technicians. I'm a Ricoh technician, but a customer asked us to look at a Samsung C9201, and naturally, I need some help from this forum.

The problem: The device at some point gets blocked and does not allow the user to work.
This blockage happens in the following way: When they send to print it does not respond and if they want to make copies, a very small notice appears on the screen indicating "wait". The client can only continue to work if he turns the device off and on, but this is not practical for the client.
Observations: On the screen it does not indicate faults of any kind, but in the history it does show codes such as "M2-1333" or "M2-1334".

Can these error codes generate this problem that I detailed at the beginning?
"ALL WILL BE WELL" The battle cry that most inspires me to follow, from the DC's Comic character that I admire the most. And I feel satisfied with being better every day, and with using Gnu-Linux as my usual Operating System.Apologies for my English, it's not my mother tongue and I'm helping the translator.
