MFP Pro Excpress C-2670, weird issues...

Hey guys,

I took this machine in shop today and its got some strange things going on. First, it will only seem to print in landscape, and reduce the image, even though I'm not changing that? (I'm only printing test pages from the panel right now; have not tried it with a driver). And then there's this strange copy quality issue, where it is offsetting the image (not through the fuser) and seems like there's no black on the page to tint the colors??

I have attached samples, so hoping for some help.

The colour copy looks like the registration is way off, can you perform a colour registration?
