It work for many Samsungs - ex. M2020 and Xerox as well.

Same situation here.. ended up with encoder disk on exit belt - broken clips end fallen down from the axle.
A little glue work for me.. yes in SM all check work but may be it looks only home...

Try with cleaning of the rear side thermistor TH2 ( which is in contact with fuser roller). If not help - replace it. This solved my c-3503.
