I was able to remove the drum assembly from the machine but could not figure out how to get the drum out. The spring that holds it doesn't seem to compress enough to release it so I'm guessing...

Thanks mmru4real. Business color is fine for what I need it for. As for the scanning feature I guess pressing <Image Send> on the panel should reveal the truth, yes? :)

You are right it is called letter-r, which means that you cannot use a different first page (from a different drawer) to make a booklet as only Tray 2 will take those sizes. Do I understand...

Unfortunately that did not fix the problem. The option for making booklets (Tile-Pamphlet) is/was enabled. The problem is that it only works with letter size pages and it prints them on ledger....
