remove the toner hopper, remove the toner hopper cover, 3 screws.
blow the marked sensor with a can of air and reassemble, error should clear.

check the transfer belt waste toner pipe. found this error on a couple of machines caused by backed up toner in the transfer belt. its a very flimsy plastic waste toner assembly on the belt and can...

Yes, tab removed from back of the drum.
Issue is random, could do 200 prints without a problem then put out 10 to 15 pages with lines.

Depending on where I measure from the lines are between 40 and 45mm apart.

i have a kyocera 5500i which is jamming with an J4101 error when printing from tray 1 only. tray 2 works fine.
so far, i've replaced the entire conveying unit, new rollers, clean up...

The equivalent Kyocera model to the UTAX P-C3065, is the M6530cdn.

i have 3 UTAX P-C3065 (FW dated: 2016.10.03) which are hanging and dropping off the network when trying to scan to email or folder.
Ive read that this was a problem on some kyocera...

im not on site anymore but ill check that when im back in tomorrow.
they do have 3 other 4550ci machines, all printing similar type docs and this is the only one that is jamming in this way.

i have a Kyocera Mita ecoMFP 4550ci which is jamming when printing full colour pages.
the pages are sticking to the induction heater and jamming part way out of the fuser, see attached...
