I was supplied a PCB 1 board from a 5030 it seems, so the 5030 although it fits perfectly will not work on this 5035, is that right.
I cleared the error code and this is what is displayed in Level 1 Error Display
1. E0613-1536
2. E0732-9999
3. E0355-0004
30 matches the small printed label on the side of PCB 1
Thanks Giogi,
After going to (COPIER > Display > USER > SPDTYPE (Level1)) I get a sprint speed of 30. What do I need to check this against?
No unfortunately, just now the machine is showing a E000355-0004.????
Thank you Skynet for your response, I changed the counter PCB and it didn't resolve the error.
I was initially receiving a E602-4000 error, however I installed a new hard and reformatted it with the up-to-date firmware, and I am now receiving a E000246-002 error. Any ideas are greatly...
Reformatted a new hard drive, E602 error is now clear, machine is loading software and now displaying a new error code E000246-0002
Tried an exact same working hard drive from exactly the same machine, still getting a E602-4000 error, any ideas very much appreciated
Of course I'll use same series, thanks anyway Mark, deducting all factors
The hard drive in this machine worked reloaded in another machine, so deducted it could be the boards. Going to try another hard drive on Monday.
Reloaded its own HD with the software, giving an error now of E602-4000.
Replace Main Controller Board 1 and 2 from a working machine and its still giving the same error E602-4000.
Loading line doesn't animate just appears as a 1/4 way loading line and freezes there. Printer carries on in the background with no abnormal sounds, but reboots itself and screen appears again with...
Hi Roho,
Thanks for your contribution, do you have any diagrams or imagery pointing to this location?
I cleaned the polygon mirror and it did improve slightly, however it didn't go entirely.
I have to-date only changed one laser and after swapping lasers the problems goes,
so the yellow and magenta...
Thank you all I will check the polygon mirrors and post back results.
The environment is carefully controlled and has not changed (temperature, humidity, power voltages etc) from when the problem started and at the beginning when it wasn't a problem. Please be fair and...
1) The machine's environment is perfect, humidity, temperature etc.
2) No
3) Happens on thin and heavy paper and all weights
4) No.
5) No.
6) No. But as I said the ITB and the 4 Drums are new,...
I'm hoping someone can help me with this. I have attached two print outs of 100% Yellow and 100% Magenta.
Please note the attached print outs colours are weaker than they actually are on screen, in...
Hi All,
I was like to inform you all that I installed the new cyan and black laser unit today. You have to take the older doors off the old laser unit and put them on the new laser unit as it...
You obviously haven't read this thread Spectraindo, I've done that already and already figured out it was the laser, I'm expecting the laser delivery tomorrow as explained in previous pages. You...
Hi Spectraindo,
yes I understand this setting, this only moves the cyan in a horizontal direction either left or right, similarly the REG-V-C moves it in a vertical direction up or down, this...
Unfortunately Canon Ireland don't operate like this, they actually misdiagnosed the machine and left me high and dry. There isn't a third party in Ireland offering this service, it would great if...
Hi Thuk,
Yes I have tried both of those two options, thanks though. The problem I have with the cyan registration moves to the yellow registration when I swap the laser units over, so it is...
Thanks for that information Johny, I also noticed that on the cyan and black laser unit shown in your diagram that the cyan is on the right-hand side....is that right because the drums above are the...
